We (Kiran & Sanjay) discussed the Research Topic (Socio, Economic & Psychological Study of Railway Stretcher Hamals) with Prof. Chandrasheel Tambe. He Suggested few points:
1) Draft the entire proposal in English to get larger audience.
2) Conduct Survey at all the suburban railway stations of Mumbai to notify the number Railway Stretcher Hamals working for railway at suburban railway stations , who are not recognised by the railway administration.
3) Collect all the demographic & Socio-economic information of Railway Stretcher Hamals through Survey.
4) Conduct the study with the aim of Policy making Study.
5) Ask Health Related Questions to Railway Stretcher Hamals while interviewing them.
6) Focus only on Socio, Economic & Psychological Study of Railway Stretcher Hamals & do not deviate to other issues of Railway.
